PTM only collects data that you enter or authorize yourself:
This data is used exclusively to provide and improve your experience within the app (tracking your matches and statistics). It is never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Health data from HealthKit (heart rate, calories) remains stored locally on your device. It is never transmitted to external servers, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
All data is stored locally on your device (UserDefaults, HealthKit). No data is sent to external servers. PTM has no server and collects no data remotely.
We do not share any of your data with third parties.
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, object to and port your data. As all your data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control: you can view, modify or delete it directly within the app, or delete all of it by uninstalling the app. For any request, contact padeltrackme@gmail.com
PTM is not intended for persons under the age of 16. Minors should only use the app with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
